Your First Visit

At Jenkins Chiropractic we are as considerate of your time as we hope you are of ours.  Therefore prior to your first visit it is recommended that you download all the necessary forms and fill them out at home and bring them with you to save you time.

Upon entrance to our office you will be greeted by our front desk manager who will outline the events of your initial consultation and evaluation.  You will then be ushered to our consultation and evaluation room for a thorough history and evaluation with Jennifer (our Patient Coordinator) and Dr. Jenkins.  The purpose of this visit is to determine if spinal subluxations are the cause of your health concerns and if you can be helped by chiropractic care.

A detailed discussion of your situation will commense to determine the best evaluation tools and techniques necessary to offer you optimal recommendations.

A postural and spinal analysis will be performed using surface EMG and an infrared thermographic scan  of your spine to determine if there is the need for further evaluation and spinal x-rays.  After your evaluation you will be scheduled for a Report of Findings visit and Dr. Jenkins will take the time to review your results in order to make recommendations for optimal care.

Next Your Second Visit - Report of Findings

Report of Findings

At the report of findings Dr.Jenkins will review with you the results of your evaluation and x-rays as well as to outline the course of care he has determined will help you to achieve the health goals determined at your evaluation.  It is highly recommended that you bring with you to this visit, your spouse, significant other, or any person who may be able to assist you during your care plan.  This is important so that they understand what course of care will be implemented and to give you both the opportunity to have any and all questions or concerns addressed prior to the start of care.

Your care will begin on this visit immediately following the report of findings as long as all of your questions and concerns have been addressed.  You will have the opportunity to review the financial coverage for your care with our Patient Coordinator in order to determine Insurance Coverage and Patient Responsibilities.  If you’d prefer a follow-up appointment for financial review can be set to coordinate your benefits.

Next Your Third Visit: Coordination of Benefits

Coordination of Benefits

When you sit down with our Patient Coordinator, a detailed explanation of your benefits will be explained. Both Insurance Coverage and Patient Responsibility will be reviewed so that you are aware of how your care will be financially coordinated. At Jenkins Chiropractic we will direct bill to all insurances that offer chiropractic benefits with our office. Jenkins Chiropractic will assume all responsibility for receiving payment from those third party payors. Your financial responsibility will be explained thoroughly to you at this time, and we offer multiple options for payment of services including:

• Healthcare Loans
• Advanced Payment Discounts

Again it is our intention to remove all concerns at the beginning of your care so that both patient and doctor can focus their attention on what is important…helping you to achieve all of your health goals.
